The
surreal story about a Reverend who spends the last day before he
dies with his dysfunctional family. The story is set "down
south" in the 1960's. The short film was actually a
"pilot", originally intended to be pitched as a possible television
series for TV ONE , a new Urban Television Network . Before
this could be done, a distribution deal was made through Image
Entertainment for a featured length version of the short.
The story is the unique look at the civil unrests and social changes
of the 1960's from an African-American family's perspective.
